Building iconic brands that move culture

Building iconic brands is more than a timely tweet or Instagram post. The sweet spot is when you consistently communicate something authentic to your brand at the right point or (even better) sparks a cultural movement in itself.

But knowing what to say and when to say it was not something that the teams had readily available, leading to ad-hoc and highly costly insight or ‘jumping on the band wagon’ with creative that didn’t cut through. The challenge was to create something that had scalability, agility and was able to connect the dots between the two types of insight.
